NASIOL PPFGUARD – NANO COATING FOR CARS WITH PPF COATING

Nasiol PPFGuard is a nanocoating that improves the properties of the PPF protective film, protects the surface of the car covered with it from various environmental factors and extends the service life of the PPF film.

The Nasiol PPFGuard coated surface becomes resistant to water and UV rays, and also fades less and is easier to clean. The coating does not damage glossy, matte and satin surfaces, does not change the structure of self-healing films.

This product is spreadable in two layers , but their drying time is very short.

Suitable surfaces:

Nasiol PPFGuard is suitable for use on paint protection films (PPF) including matte and clear polyurethane (PU), high performance PVC films, vinyls. Do not apply the product to finishes including low quality PPF, PPF with bubbles, absorbent surfaces or any other non-solvent resistant surfaces.

How to use?

• For best results, ensure that the environment where the car will be coated is as close as possible to the recommended temperature and humidity: 23°C and 50% relative humidity.
• It is best to perform the procedure in a place out of direct sunlight.
• Do not paint the car when its surface is warm or frozen.
• Wash the car thoroughly and gently. You can use Bad Boys IPA, Panel wipe for this
• Clean the car to remove any moisture.
• If the PPF surface is suitable, the car can be polished with a silicone-free product.
• Visually or with tape, divide the car into areas. Work with an area of ​​no more than 1 m² at a time.
• Shake the bottle carefully before use. Cover the sponge with a tissue and apply as much product as is recommended to cover the relevant area. Close the bottle to prevent exposure to air.
• Spread the product on the intended surface using horizontal and vertical movements.
• Using a microfiber cloth, wipe off excess product from the surface within 30-60 seconds. Do not make circular movements during this step. You can use the lighting system to be sure that there are no product residues left on the surface.
• You can apply the second coating layer after 60 minutes. from the first coating.
• Leave the product on the surface for 24 hours. During this time, protect the car from direct sunlight, water, dust and other pollutants.
• The first 48 hours do not wash the surface of the car with shampoo or detergents.
